BDS entry 2

On Thursday we started deciding what we are going to do the group with Ms Durdana we started filling the decision form. The group had really good ideas and we managed to agree on one decision although we had lots of ideas but it was easy to convince the group. So we didnt fight or shout or anything else which makes us open to new ideas and listen to what the group members have to say and this is a helpfully skill our group have and this skill will help us alot in saving time and get the best decision we can. So we decided to keep the price the same, increase the advertisement and the commission for sereno only so we can increase our selling. The biggest decision we took was to open a new plant in Sereno and add two new lines in our existing plant which is in Merica 2 because we need to produce more plants to reach our production order as we want to increase our production. Moreover we will have to do overtime to produce the amount we want to order.

First Meeting

Our first meeting actually went quite good. We have assigned a job title for everyone so they can focus on. We assigned Saood as the CEO, Meshal and Yaser production, Majid marketing and myself finance. In my opinion the group member should work together if we want to achieve something and get high grades and they should read the manual so they can get an idea about what they have to do and to help them in their decision making. In our first meeting the members where active in giving ideas about the name of the group, finally we all agreed on audio art. We didn’t have the time to think of vision and mission statement because we want to have a vision and mission that is great and we can achieve it we don’t want to come out with a statement that we won’t achieve it. But hopefully we will come out with the perfect mission and vision statement within this week.
