BDS entry 3

This week I got my job title changed I was in the finance and I changed to marketing to help the marketing department to be more active. This week we had a small misunderstanding when we started doing our decision form because we had some troubles doing our sale forecast our group didn't know how to do it and then when they did it we figured out that there is a mistake in it and that stopped us the finance from doing the cash flow and the income statement. The next day we solved the problem and then we finished our cash flow and our net income and then we finished our decision form. We decided to reduce R&D because we just got our new module and we are not thinking for getting a new module this quarter also. We invested more in training so we can reduce cost. For me because in this quarter I was in finance we have decide to put 1,000,000 in CD and then we changed it to 1,500,000 and then we changed it back 1,100,000 and we have paid more for dividend to 1,50. Moreover we bought back 500,000 shares. Since I got changed from finance to marketing I have started putting the future plans which was increase advertisement and sales persons, offering an optimal price for maximum revenue, good distribution to various sales offices because we don't want to have 100,000 stock in one area and the other areas stock out so we want make sure to manage and over come this problem, and we are aiming to sell high quality and high features products so we want to be niche market.
