Entry 2

This week we discussed the mission, vision and the goals of the company with Mrs. Durdana, Mrs, Nickie and Mrs Susan. we started doing our mission and vision with the help of Mrs Susan the group was struggling to come out with a vision and a mission so we started brain storming we wrote all the idea's that the group threw and then we came with a mission and vision. At the same day we made few changes on the decision form where we increased our dividend and decrease the time CD. The next day we started with our goals, so each department put their own goals and then we discussed it with each other, we had some disagreement and some serous discussion but it ended well with everyone happy. We had an argument about either we open a new plant in the future or not some said we will open new plant at the beginning of the next year saood and I disagreed with the Idea se we decided to hold it till we get the sale prediction from Majid. Then I Sat with Saood and did the finance department goals which was to use the aggressive dividend payment, buyback our bonds, invest in Time CD, to keep money in the account in case of emergency and to avoid emergency loan, to buyback some of our shares if other companies issued shares, and to maximize shareholders wealth.
