This week we were finalizing our decision for the last quarter in year 3. We are expecting to sell the most sale for this year, and after seeing our result from the last quarter which said that we are in the top of the world gave the guy confident and made some of them not work as hard as they did in the pervious quarter. Despite the problems that happened last week, everything went without any difficulties this week which made everything much easier and made us submit our decision 4 days before the deadline. For my side in the marketing department I did the sales forecast and finished the numbers that the finance manager wants from us. Moreover Majid and myself decided to increase our advertisement by 5000, increased salary by 500, commission by 5% and increase our research and development because we want to get our new module by the next year. I’m really glad that our team worked together as a tem and there was no trouble to get them together and to fight or scream but they all are cooperative and willing to do anything to help the team win this game.
